Who we are
BlockBrick is a pre-launch, Malta-based property intelligence project. This website is informational: it does not offer investments, and the data described below is collected only to run the pre-launch waitlist, research features and investor/partner conversations.
What we collect
We only collect what you actively submit through forms on this site:
- Name and email address (waitlist, deck requests, partner enquiries)
- Country of residence and optional phone number
- Investment interest fields you choose to share (intended range, interests, preferred areas and property types)
- Risk comfort / investor-profile answers you choose to share
- Deck-request and partner-enquiry details (role, organisation, message)
- Property suggestions you submit for review
Profile fields such as investment range and risk comfort are optional. You can join the waitlist with just your name, email and country.
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
We process this data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, for responding to enquiries you send us, our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)). We use it to contact you about the pre-launch platform, prioritise what we build, and respond to investor and partner enquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database with access restricted to BlockBrick administrators. We keep the data until the pre-launch phase ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Malta, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner). To exercise any of these rights, email hello@blockbrick.com and we will act on the request without undue delay.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics tooling is added, this policy and a consent mechanism will be updated first.
