BlockBrick turns property listings into research profiles that set out the assumptions, yield ranges, costs and risks, and where each piece of data came from. Founding partners start with a small pilot of 3–5 properties, with no listing fee during pre-launch.

This is a pilot and data partnership, not a paid membership. It does not guarantee sales, buyers, enquiries or exposure. It makes your properties easier to understand, and we share the interest they attract from researchers.

Nothing confidential is needed, only the information you would already share with a serious buyer. Your agency stays credited on each listing where appropriate.

What better data changes

Every BlockBrick property shows two separate things: a Data Confidence score (how complete and verified the information is) and a BlockBrick research score (early screening signals about the property itself).

Information you supply raises Data Confidence once it is verified. It does not automatically raise the research score: a good property and good data are different things, and every profile keeps them separate. That separation is what makes the profiles credible to researchers.

For your pilot properties we share aggregate interest signals, such as saves, views and review requests, so you can see what researchers respond to.
