Not today. BlockBrick is currently a property intelligence and research platform. We help users understand Maltese property opportunities through Market Watch, area insights, scenario modelling, and due-diligence tools. A future regulated access model may be explored, but it is not live.

Fractional property access means accessing a property opportunity in smaller portions rather than buying an entire property yourself. It is similar in concept to crowd investing, but the exact legal structure matters. BlockBrick does not currently offer fractional access, crowdfunding, securities, or investment products. Any future model would require legal and regulatory approval, KYC/AML checks, and eligibility rules.

Both groups can benefit, but in different ways. Property owners and agents can suggest properties for review. Users and future investors can research listings, compare assumptions, and join the waitlist. BlockBrick sits between property supply, property research, and future regulated access — but it is not currently selling investments.

Property owners can come through the Suggest a Property form, partner enquiries, estate-agent outreach, referrals, or future property partner relationships. BlockBrick is building a reviewed pipeline, not accepting every property automatically.

Not yet — BlockBrick is pre-launch and does not offer investments. We are investigating the EU Crowdfunding Regulation (ECSPR) route, for which Malta's MFSA is the competent authority. Any launch is subject to legal, regulatory and licensing approvals.
